4-step install

  1. Tap Grab HomieSwarm above. The APK lands in your Downloads folder.
  2. Open the APK. Android will say "this source isn't allowed to install apps" — tap Settings in that dialog, flip the toggle for your browser, then go back and tap Install.
  3. If Google Play Protect warns you, tap Install anyway. The app is safe — just not on the store yet.
  4. Open HomieSwarm. Pick your handle + emoji, grant Nearby devices + Location, and unrestrict the battery. That last one is critical — without it Android will kill the app after a few minutes.

BLE mesh, no cell needed. Tap Find My Crew. Your phone broadcasts. Your friends' phones do the same. You see each other on the map at ~50m range — no signal, no Wi-Fi.

Status emojis. 12 vibes. Dancing, at a set, drinks, lit, need help. Your crew sees your badge in real time.

GroundScore pins. Long-press the map. Drop a pin. Label anything — bus, food, art, weed plug. Local only for v0.1; crew-sync next build.
👥
Crew labels. Tap any pin in range. Add to crew. Now they're your worm, not a stranger.
