4-step install
- Tap Grab HomieSwarm above. The APK lands in your Downloads.
- Open the APK. Android will say "this source isn't allowed to install apps" — tap Settings in that dialog, flip the toggle for your browser, then back to install.
- If Google Play Protect warns you, tap Install anyway. App is safe — just not on the store yet.
- Open HomieSwarm. Pick handle + emoji, grant Nearby devices + Location, and unrestrict the battery. That last one is critical — without it Android kills the app after a few minutes.
